We're eager and grateful for any opportunity to learn more about the experiences of people wanting to start or develop their DEI work. While anyone is always welcome to send us a message, we also invite you to hop on a video call with us. This no-charge conversation is to collaboratively name new and immediate ways of advancing your DEI work, while also considering ongoing consulting.

Questions we would explore include:

  • What are the DEI-related challenges you and your team have been facing?

  • What essential outcomes would you want to achieve with DEI consulting?

  • When addressing DEI-related challenges, what approaches have you already tried?

  • What questions or curiosities do you have about Emergent Change or DEI consulting in general?

We trust that conversations like these will clarify next steps towards turning your visions for DEI work into tangible realities.

Land Acknowledgement | We at Emergent Change operate physically from Sacramento, California and Burlington, Vermont. We acknowledge that our Sacramento office is situated on the traditional homelands of the Nisenan, Maidu, and Miwok Peoples. Our Burlington office resides on the traditional and unceded territory of the Abenaki People. We extend our respect and gratitude to the many Indigenous people and their ancestors whose rich histories and vibrant communities include these lands, and we recognize the systemic inequities that have been perpetrated upon them. Justice-oriented action begins with awareness of privilege, positionality, and inequity. As a commitment to fostering more inclusive, equitable spaces, we are dedicated to continually advocating for and teaching on antiracism and social justice.
